As part of our efforts in our Care for Creation initiative, we are moving away from bulletin inserts. Advertising for your ministry event can be done through a graphic or short write-up in the bulletin, enews, and/or Mass announcements.

This form below should be completed 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE YOU WOULD LIKE THE EVENT TO BE ADVERTISED (Please note: that may be 3 or more weeks prior to your actual event). We are not able to accommodate last minute requests for the bulletin.

Your event may be advertised for two weeks in the bulletin, the weekly enews, and as a Mass announcement.

To request a space for your ministry event, please click here. We are unable to accommodate any personal use of our facilities. This includes receptions for baptisms, first communions, anniversaries, etc.
