We Pray for Our Loved Ones - Bulletin Sick List

Please submit your request to be added to the bulletin's sick list. Individuals will remain on the sick list for two weeks. After two weeks the individual will be removed from the bulletin unless he/she is resubmitted via the online form.

Thanks for your submission. We will add your submission to the sick list in the next bulletin publication that has not yet been printed. The name will appear in the bulletin for two weeks before it's removed. Thanks!
