Ministry Event Checklist

Prior to the event:

1.     Confirm date and space and submit a request through the parish calendar – you will receive a confirmation from Ann Weaver if                    approved.

2.     If Parish funds are requested, submit a budget to Mackenzie Zorrilla at least 5 weeks prior to the event mzorrill@saintjosephcc.org.

3.     If collecting money, contact Mackenzie Zorrilla to obtain a Vanco QR code for the event to avoid unnecessary cash handling (see                Cash Handling Guidelines).

4.     If teen volunteers are needed, submit a request to Joseph Carter at least 4 weeks prior to the event (see Request for Teen                            Volunteers).

5.     If advertising in the bulletin, submit requests through the website at least three weeks in advance.

After the event:

1.     Ensure that every space used is cleaned and returned to its original setup. The vacuum cleaner for Marist Hall and Adult Ed is located          in the first closet as you enter Marist (stage left). All trash must be bagged up and taken to the dumpster located at the back of the            PMC. If the kitchen is reserved as part of the event, everything used must be washed, dried, and returned to the appropriate bin or              closet.

2.     Submit any requests for reimbursement to Mackenzie Zorrilla within 2 weeks of the event conclusion.
