To request advertisement for a ministry event, please fill out this form to it's entirety. Prior to filling out this form, the date for the event in question, should be confirmed on the parish calendar. Please call the office or contact [email protected] for confirmation. This form should be completed at least 2 WEEKS prior to the date that you would like the event advertised. We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests, but it is not guaranteed.

Please note: at this time we are unable to accommodate any personal use of our facilities. This includes receptions for baptisms, first communions, etc.
